More About Me
I currently run three clinics; two in Tonbridge, Kent (located at The Tonbridge Clinic and Nizels Golf & Country Club) and one at KIMS Hospital (Maidstone). I also provide a virtual and home concierge service. You can be assured of an individualised patient-centred treatment approach within a relaxed and informal environment.
I am HCPC Registered and hold membership to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the Association of Continence Advisors, Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP, affiliate) and the International Urogynecological Association.
I lead a fun, fulfilling and busy life with my daughter, partner and excitable springer spaniel. Through my own personal experiences and through close family members, I know first hand how some of the conditions I treat can have an impact on quality of life.
How we can work together

There are three ways we can work together; virtually, face to face in clinic or home visits.
Virtually
For some, organising childcare, recovering from surgery/childbirth or distance to clinic can be a challenge. Restore Physiotherapy is happy to provide a virtual service either via video (Zoom) or telephone
Face to Face
Face to face sessions are held within my clinic space at The Tonbridge Clinic (Shipbourne Rd), Nizels Golf & Country Club or KIMS Hospital (Maidstone).
Home Concierge Service
This is a service dedicated to mothers who may struggle to attend clinic or those undergoing cancer treatment. Please contact me for further information.
Home visits are available in West Kent and surrounding areas.
